So I finally got some shots of poor dear LabRat in his new color. I know where I went wrong with this first painting attempt. For starters, liquid food coloring doesn't work when painting designs on cat fur. I'll beed to use either food coloring paste or manic panic. Using a cookie cutter as a stencil was also a mistake. From now on, freehand only. I'll have to use a haircolor brush instead of a paint brush, too. Better distribution that way. Anyway, here you go. LabRat before the paint job:

Poor Joe has to go back to work today. The silly dear got his sleeping schedule all turned around, so it should be great fun getting his ass out of bed in twenty minutes! I also have to get back to work today. But I'm giving myself a half day to get back in the swing of things. Lloyd is supposed to take us to see the inside of the house today or tomorrow. I can't wait for the deluxe tour!
