One of the main topics of conversation for the past months, here in New Orleans, has been the Baton Rouge Serial killer. Over a week ago, an LSU grad student's (Carrie Yoder) body was found in a spot the serial killer had used to dump a previous victim. Everybody's fairly sure that Carrie was also his victim, but the police are awaiting DNA results to confirm it. I only mention this because I read the following note in The Art Conspiracy messageboards.
