So the vast majority of my neighbors let their dogs run loose and unattended. They go after the neighborhood cats and are generally threatening to the people and small children around here. They also tear through people's garbage. Imagine my disgust when the young couple next door shows up asking me to keep the cats out of their garbage. Our four pathetic stray cats could only dream of being able to knock over their heavy, diaper laden trash. I told them that it's the dogs and that they should call the ASPCA. I hope that they believe me and take my advice, and don't straike out against our sweet stray cats.
