Today, the city was in front of our place from 6:30 am till midnight doing something very very loud that filled the air with the stench of sewage. They've been working out there for about a week, but this was their longest, loudes stinkiest day. As irritating as it was for me, I really pity all the people with babies on my street. No way these babies slept through a noise that had the houses vibrating and prevented us from hearing our TV at it's highest volume. I've been depressed lately. Really really depressed. The war of the dishes has finally ended. I won.
