God damn, I love the internet. Way back in the technological stone-age (what, about 15 years ago?), you'd buy some film, take a picture, cart it back to the store and wait anywhere from an hour to a week for the pictures to come back. If you wanted to share the picures with a loved one from out of state, you haul your ass to the post office and it's another 2-10 days before the loved-one sees the pictures. Now, you click a shot and five minutes later (if you're all into resizing like me), you've sent it to anybody you like, anywhere in the world. This morning, my mother's (in Tennessee) cat, tempest, went into labor. Before she was even done shooting out the kittens, I had this im my email box: What wonderful times we live in!
