Here's a scary bit of news (for me at least). One of my Bowienet friends just got out of the hospital for West Nile virus. It went full blown with swolen brain and all. She lives in NYC, where as I live in New Orleans, in an apartment that has a HUGE gap between the kitchen and laundry room, allowing all sorts of wildlife, including mosquitos is. Starla, the West Nile victim, is a normally healthy woman. Sistercookie, a friend of Trick's, left me a nice note. I'm looking forward to meeting her when Joe and I are up there (in Michigan) in October.
