I hope to have most of the flesh on my arms back by next summer. There was this sad case on Court Tv today about a homeless schitzophrenic guy who got crushed to death in a garbage truck's compactor, after falling asleep in a dumpster. The man's sister hooked up with some Naderite lawyer who convinced her that the people to sue were the garbage company. Never mind the fact that the police just dropped this obviously disoriented man in the street in below zero temperatures. The Naderite hates large corporations, so he convinced the sister to blame a large company. The jury saw reason and didn't hold the company responsible for the man's death. Though the forman did say that they would like to see the state do something about the seriously mentally ill people out there wandering the streets. After her 3 week, eight cat odessy across much of the South West, my mother is once again loading up the cats in the van and pop-up trailer. This time, she's taking them to Michigan to sort though some of Grandma's belongings before the estate sale and... I shudder to think.... buy two more cats! So she will be leaving Tennessee in a van with eight cats and a lizard and returning in a van with ten cats and a lizard. I love my mother, but she is insane!
