My Father-in-law did have a heart attack. Apparently, the smoking was just the tip of the iceburg on his recent bad behavior. His diabetic butt had been gorging on cheesecake and eating salty, fatty food when my Mother-in-law wasn't there to see. She's understandably and justifiably pissed. Anyway, he's probably going to be fine. He's going home tomorrow, with eight week not allowed to go upstairs. This is fine as I suspect she'd have him sleeping on the sofa anyway. No news yet on Deacon. I don't pray, but lots of wishing and nail biting has been going on here since finding out about his condition. All kind messages and positive energy sent this way and the direction of Providence hospital has and will be appreciated.
